We all need someone to talk to

These past few days/weeks have been quite a roller coaster ride for me. I'm just happy to learn a lot about hypochondria, anxiety, panic attacks, ward 7... haha! Are you scared now?

Well, I just realized that everyone is predisposed to mental illnesses. As in everyone! With all the stress we experience everyday as students, there are times when we feel really saturated and just ready to blank out and collapse on the pavement (and I'm sorry for exaggerating). With all the stress and pressure, we certainly need outlet (I'm certainly thinking about escharotomy right now). I'm thankful that God gave me my family who support me all the way and make me feel secure each time. I'm also glad for my persons whom I could talk to when I'm all anxious. Sobrang naaappreciate ko ung presence nila.

One major thing I realized din is that WE ALL NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO.

Don't keep all the stress bottled up inside you. Find someone whom you can TRUST and talk to. It may not be that easy but it sure is POSSIBLE. That's why I'm really thankful that I found people whom I could trust with my flaws.. and almost with my life. Without my support group, I don't know kung nasan na ko ngaun. I'm just really thankful.

Tama si ma when she said mabait ang Diyos at hindi ka niya pababayaan.

People are always in denial. Many say na pinababayaan sila o walang Diyos. It's not true. May mga panahon na feeling mo ang layo mo sa kanya... well if you desire Him TRUTHFULLY.. He's not that far. Chances are baka ikaw pala yung lumalayo pero di mo lang nakikita. He's always at your side and will never leave you nor forsake you.

So lahat ng friends ko na stressed jan... *hugz* tau. We all need someone to talk to. . So if you need an outlet, I'm here. :D
